Pay a stranger's bill. Straight to the bill company.

Clearr lets kind strangers pay real people's internet, energy and phone bills. The money goes to the company that sent the bill, never to a person.

Example bill. Tap it to clear another.

Pick bills. Pile them up. Pay direct.

  1. Swipe through real bills

Every bill will be checked before it goes up. Filter by area, bill type and amount, then swipe right to add, left to pass.

  2. Pile up the ones you want

Broadband in Derby, a phone bill in Belfast, gas in Glasgow. Your pile, your call.

  3. Approve from your bank

See the total upfront, fee included, then approve each payment straight to the bill companies from your banking app. The bill money never touches us.

Try it. These bills are made up.

  • Nothing yet. Add a bill or two.

One approval per bill company, plus one for the fee. Fee shown upfront. It keeps Clearr running.

Your money pays the bill. Not a bank account.

Clearr isn't live yet. This is how we're building it.

You pay straight from your bank to the bill company. The money never goes to a person.
Verified bills
Every bill will be checked before it's listed. The name and account details have to match the person's ID. No real bill, no listing.
Paid to the company
You'll pay the energy, broadband or phone company directly from your bank, against the account. The bill money never passes through Clearr, and nobody gets handed cash.
Light ID checks
People asking for help will do a quick ID check with their first bill. Enough to stop fakes, not enough to feel like an interrogation.
Monthly limits
One bill per person per month, up to a set amount, so help reaches more households.
Proof it's paid
You'll get a paid confirmation for every bill you clear, and a running total of the bills you've clearred on your profile.

Bills are the problem. People aren't.
